I first met Kevin Brincat in 2001 when he was employed as a real estate sales consultant at my Whitfords office.

He was a hardworking and very successful rep and consistently the top sales person in the office. He obtained his agents licence and was appointed Manager of my Joondalup office where he continued to sell many properties and also built the sales team into the most successful office within the company. In 2009 Kevin moved to Rockingham and opened David Evans Rockingham in partnership with me, which he ran until the office was sold and closed in 2019 when I retired. I can recommend Kevin as a real estate agent who will meet all the real estate needs of his clients and successfully complete real estate transactions on their behalf.
